Four Quadrants

The template presented here is based on an idea by Fred Herritsch, who uses a 4-quadrant view in engineering education. This approach is adapted to the needs of vocational training, with the aim of making it easier for the user to access complex devices or workflows. In this template, one quadrant is reserved for the presentation of the context (Q2), while the other is intended to illustrate the specific learning subject with different media, including XR (e.g. 3D models, 360 images and videos, text, interactive videos, quizzes, etc.). The four-quadrant layout allows for easy visualization and manipulation of these elements, making it easier for learners to understand and interact with the material at a glance.
